2018 Dues invoices will be distributed in mid-November. Payment is due January 1, 2018.
A late fee of $25 will be assessed on payments received after January 31, 2018.
If a current member has not paid dues by the last day of February, possible MLS suspension will result for that individual member. If by March 31 the member still has not paid, the Designated REALTOR® in that office will be responsible for a non-member assessment in accordance with the NAR Dues Formula. If the assessment is not paid, the entire office will be temporarily suspended from the MLS until the assessment is paid. (policy approved by the RBOR Board of Directors May 4, 2017)
