As a new or transferring licensee, your Broker must contact RBOR to let us know you will be joining their firm. You must complete the REALTOR® membership application and remit an application fee of $195 in order for you to be considered for membership by the Board of Directors. You will also remit annual dues calculated based on the month that you are joining.
The application and associated monies must be delivered to the Association Executive at the RBOR office in person. A copy of your real estate license and driver’s license are required as supporting documents.
Membership is subject to completion of two requirements: Orientation and Code of Ethics training.
